There's not much to report at the moment, other than my sheer determination to make this week work for me. I'm hoping my good eating will have caught up with me by next Wednesday's weigh-in.
Thanks to the ladies that have given me tips on my diet. I've decided to shake things up a little this week by making sure my foods are varied. The only reason I can think of for not having lost any weight is that perhaps my body is just used to the same old stuff now.
So this week I'm throwing myself into eating either fruit, yoghurt, toast or cereal for breakfast, salad or soup for lunch, and a healthy dinner.
I've also decided that this week nothing is going to pass my lips that I cannot point. Normally if I eat something I can't point, I try to drastically exaggerate the points for it, and just act as if that's the actual point value.
For example, if I eat a portion of noodles from the take away, they might be 8 points, but I'll assign them 12, which I know will be safe. That way I can't possibly go over my daily allowance.
But this week I won't even be doing that. It means the only foods I can eat are either home made, or out of a packet that has been portioned. And strangely, I'm not as hungry this week as I was last week. Perhaps eating the variety I'm eating now means I'm staying fuller for longer. Who knows; this may be the week that everything changes
