
I'm sure you remember how disappointed I was last week, to have put on weight after having pointed all of my food, deprived myself of the foods I loved, and been so confident about having lost weight. The weird thing was that I felt my clothes getting loose, so to have put on weight was a genuine shock.
But I was determined, and I kept at it. This week I made a point of eating a more varied diet. So where I might have had toast for breakfast, soup for lunch and a low fat dinner every day; I spent the past 7 days varying my foods.
I also discovered a range of delicious salads from Marks & Spencer, which I've been tasting and actually really enjoying.
And it paid off, because I saw the results this week. I think the weight loss must have caught up with me, but either way I'm glad I've finally seen results.
So now I'm 9lbs from my goal weight. With three more weigh ins until the honeymoon, I still don't think it's realistic to expect to get there before then, but my new intention is to be 133lbs by Christmas.
I'll be a Skinny Minnie by the end of the year...

Thanks :) It's such a relief to see a result. I was getting annoyed with not losing anything.
When I got home after work I tried on all my skinny clothes, and was glad to see I now have three more pairs of trousers I can fit into. Hooray!
