Ode to Food

I think I just figured out why I'm on a diet...

I thought I'd be so brave as to start a list of foods I can reward myself with once I reach my goal weight. Why? Because I've been totally deprived of nice food for two weeks now, and I need something to look forward to. So here is my list, although I can imagine I'll be adding to it as the weeks go by.

Obviously I won't let myself have everything all at once, but man that would be a great day! No, I'll eat them in moderation while trying to avoid turning myself into a diabetic...

Coca Cola ~

It surprised me to learn that while a can of full-fat Coke has six teaspoons of sugar in it; it's only 2 WW points. Bargain I know, but there's no way I can have one every day when I'm only allowed 19. So for now I only treat myself if I have a real craving, a particularly bad migraine, or a very bad day!

Sausage Rolls ~

At an average of 10 points each, it's not hard to see why these are totally eliminated from my diet. But they're sooo good...

Rich Tea Biscuits ~

By far my favourite all of my biscuit friends, and probably the least fattening. At only 1/2 a WW point each, I could let myself have one. But when I have one, I have six...

Pizza ~

I don't think this one needs any explanation.

Lemon Tart ~

While I like chocolate, I'm not too bothered if I don't get it, and I can't stand chocolate cakes. They're just too... chocolatey! I know, I'm hardly a good example of a woman, but I just love the tang of a lemon tart.

Creme Caramel ~

Fairly low in fat, but hard to find. And when I find them, I can't spare the points. But just looking at the syrup on this makes me want to head straight to the supermarket...

Big Mac & Fries ~

Again, pretty self-explanatory. McDonalds, while deadly to your arteries, is quick, kinda cheap, tasty, and it's comfort food. What's more is that it's only 50 metres from the office, so it's a mission to avoid it when all you want is the familiar Maccy-D hug.

Party Rings ~

They're colourful, they're covered in sugar, you can wear them as rings, and they're sweet biscuity loveliness. Quite simply; Party Rings rock my world.
